MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS
Working closely with meeting planers, the Meetings and Conventions Department helps to coordinate numerous meetings, citywide conventions and trade shows held in the area throughout the year.

TRAVEL INDUSTRY SALES
The Travel Industry Sales Department works with tour operators, motorcoach operators and travel agents to increase the volume of travelers to the area. The DBACVB is an active member of many of the travel industry's key organizations and promotes the area at trade shows and conventions worldwide.

GOLF DAYTONA BEACH
This program packages great hotels and golf courses in Florida's fastest-growing golf destination, making the planning of a golf vacation easier than ever.

TOURISM EVENTS & VISITOR SERVICES
This division of the CVB handles two areas of tourism marketing: 1) Promoting and developing events and promotions that positively affect both the economy and image of the area, and 2) Coordinating departmental activities with bureau members and overseeing the efficient distribution of destination information to visitors and local industry professionals.

SELECT SMALL INNS
The Select Small Inns of Daytona Beach program is designed to promote properties with 99 or less units. Each property must maintain quality assurance criteria designed to ensure guests enjoy quality and modern amenities, comfortable surroundings, cleanliness and personable service. The program boasts a wide variety of classic and contemporary hotels, inns, oceanfront bungalows and romantic b&bs.

DAYTONA BEACH AREA FILM OFFICE
A division of the DBACVB, the Volusia County Film Office promotes all areas of the county as desirable locations for film projects. The Film Office serves as a liaison between local governments and the film industry.

COMMUNICATIONS
The Communications Department strives to create and convey a positive image of the Daytona Beach area. It establishes strong relationships with media representatives worldwide, and works on a local level with Daytona Beach area elected officials, opinion leaders and community members to encourage an appreciation of tourism as an economic generator and image builder. The department also hosts media tours and distributes a variety of media materials.

INTERNET SERVICES
The Department is responsible for maintaining and marketing CVB Web sites with an emphasis on the official visitor information Web site at www.daytonabeach.com. It also develops revenue producing programs such as online reservations, advertising banner opportunities, etc., and integrates online initiatives with the CVB's traditional marketing efforts.

ADVERTISING AND PUBLISHING
The Advertising and Publishing department designs and produces CVB publications such as the Visitors Guide, Calendar of Events, Superior Small Lodging guide and the Map Brochure. The Department also coordinates advertising schedules and placement with designated contractors and agencies.

The Information Services Department provides the response mechanism for all CVB advertising and promotional programs. The Information Services staff is specially trained representatives who answer diverse questions about the Daytona Beach area Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

VISITOR INFORMATION CENTERS
The CVB's Visitor Information Centers are located in the lobby of the Daytona 500 Experience (at Daytona International Speedway), Bruce Rossmeyer's Destination Daytona motorcycle complex and Daytona Lagoon. Each venue provides a variety of information on sightseeing, attractions and events and features a rack brochure service for accommodations and other tourism-related businesses.
