The DBACVB maintains its own databases and fulfillment services, ensuring that our materials are delivered with the utmost care and expediency. This division processes more than 170,000 domestic and international inquiries annually, received by telephone, online, email, postal mail and fax. The consumer database, which currently boasts over 1.3 million names, provides detailed information which can be utilized in a variety of promotional campaigns throughout the year. Our Mail Center processes approximately 6,000 First Class and 78,000 Bulk Mail requests annually. This department also stores, inventories and bulk ships all DBACVB collateral materials.
