The Advertising and Publications Department, working with agency of record and other CVB departments, devises and implements focused media campaigns and cutting-edge collaterals intended to increase the number of visitors to the Daytona Beach area.
GOALS
The primary goals of the Advertising and Publishing Department are:
A. To develop and manage the annual consumer media plan as approved by the Halifax Area Advertising Authority (HAAA).
B. To coordinate the participation of partners and the sale of advertising space within the Visitors Guide, consumer newsletters and other related publications.
C. To assist in coordinating the production of CVB department collaterals (i.e. Golf Travel Planner, Canadian Sand Dollars, SunSaver Coupon Booklet, TIS Buyers Guide, Annual Report, etc.).
D. To coordinate the production of specialized direct mail literature which targets consumers, on a quarterly basis.
E. To create and produce a destination brochure in multiple languages including Spanish, German and French-Canadian.
F. To work as an in-house design and production agency for CVB departments.
G. To work closely with the Internet Services Department to insure the delivery of a fully integrated media/promotions campaign.
